The statistics are a comparison of February 2022 and February 2023.

The chart below indicates:

Home sales are DOWN 18% from last year at this time.

The average sold price for a single family home DECREASED 3%

The average days on market has INCREASED to 27 Days.

The amount of available inventory is at 6 weeks / up from 2 weeks.

Bottom Line
The amount of sales are down.  Home prices have decreased 3%  Denver Metro wide.  Some Counties have dropped more.
Douglas County down 3.25% from 8 months ago
Arapahoe County down 7.9% from 8 months ago
Jefferson County down 4.0% from 8 months ago
Denver County down 8.85% from 8 months ago
