The amount of available inventory INCREASED from 9 weeks to 11 weeks.

Bottom Line
Homes continue to appreciate and homes prices went up 2%. Equity continues to Grow for home owners. If you are waiting for prices to go down. It doesn’t look like that will be happening anytime soon.
