The amount of available inventory had DECREASED buy 4 weeks


Homes are in HIGH DEMAND. The Average home price Increased dramatically again!! Inventory DECREASED. Creating a super competitive market to buy in.



Bottom Line


The housing market is a SELLERS market. Another huge 14% increase in the average home price. With super low inventory at 2 weeks.


With low interest rates holding strong as we go through the first quarter of the year. The housing Market is being affected.
