The amount of available inventory had DECREASED buy 1 week.

Bottom Line

The housing market is still a SELLERS market. The 16% increase on the average home price. With super low inventory still at 3 weeks.

But as it sits, the market is cooling. which is a good sign for buyers

The multiple offers are still coming in on some homes. But not at a rate as previous.

Interest Rates are still low and holding.

So, as stated last month. Home prices are unlikely to drop anytime soon.

Low mortgage rates are a buyer's secret weapon to secure affordable housing.
