The amount of available inventory had DECREASED buy 3 weeks.

Bottom Line

The housing market is still a SELLERS market. The 21% increase on the average home price. With super low inventory still at 2 weeks.

But we are beginning to see segments of the market to cool, SLIGHTLY.

We are seeing less multiple offers in the first weekend BUT offers are still coming in strong.

Interest Rates are still low and holding.

So, while home prices are unlikely to drop anytime soon.
