The average sold price for single family homes INCREASED 15%. Thus creating more equity for home owners!!


The average days on market DECREASED 11 Days.


The amount of available inventory had DECREASED buy 5 weeks.


Homes are in HIGH DEMAND. The Average home price Increased dramatically again!! Inventory DECREASED. Creating a super competitive market to buy in.





Bottom Line


The housing market is a SELLERS market. Another huge 15% increase in the average home price. With super low inventory at 1 week.


With low interest rates holding but slowly on a rise is creating a frenzy to buy before they go up more. This has created a record low inventory that the Denver Metro has never experienced.


The Market has created an even more competitive market for buyers then I have ever seen before, record low inventory and rental prices climbing. Is making buyers realize they should own and not rent...
