The statistics are a comparison of November 2019 and November 2020.

Home sales Have INCREASED 22% compared to last year at this time


The average sold price for single family homes INCREASED 13%. Thus creating more equity for home owners!!


The average days on market DECREASED 13 Days.


The amount of available inventory had DECREASED buy 3 weeks


Homes are in HIGH DEMAND. The Average home price Increased dramatically again. Inventory DECREASED. Creating a super competitive market to buy in.



Bottom Line


The housing market is STRONG. Another huge 13% increase in the average home price. With super low inventory at 3 weeks. But the amount of homes sold still increased by 929 homes!


With Record low interest rates holding strong as we approach the end of the 4th Quarter. The housing Market continues to be unaffected.


But it has created a very competitive market for buyers.
