Home sales Have INCREASED 24% compared to last year at this time


The average sold price for single family homes INCREASED 16%. Thus creating more equity for home owners.


The average days on market DECREASED 10 Days.


The amount of available inventory had DECREASED buy 4 weeks


This is indicating that homes are in a very HIGH DEMAND. The Average home price Increased dramatically again by 16%. Inventory DECREASED by a massive 4 weeks. Creating a super competitive market to buy in.



Bottom Line


The housing market is STRONG. A massive 16% increase in the average home price. With super low inventory at 3 weeks. But the amount of homes sold still increased by 1224 homes!


With Record low interest rates in the 4th Quarter of the year. The housing Market continues to be unaffected and holding strong.


But it's creating a very competitive market for buyers. A huge demand for housing with only 3 weeks worth of inventory. A really great time to sell for sure..
